Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange only. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Customers can request an exchange if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The exchange request is made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Unboxing Video Required
An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange claim related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Wrong products received
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the shipping label and sealed packaging
- Be continuous without cuts or edits
Without a proper unboxing video, exchange requests may not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Requests made after the allowed exchange period
- Minor color differences due to screen display variations
Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:
- Our team will verify the issue
- The product may be picked up or sent back by the customer
- After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped
No Refund Policy
Please note:
- We do not provide cash refunds
- We do not provide bank refunds
- We do not provide cancellation refunds once the order is shipped
Only exchanges or replacement products will be provided if eligible.
