- Reason for cancellation

Cancellation Approval

No Refund Policy

- We do not provide monetary refunds for cancelled or returned orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Customers placing COD orders are requested to order responsibly. Repeated fake or rejected COD orders may lead to:

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- A proper unboxing video is mandatory for verification
Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
